The first hardcover edition of Waldrop's first solo novel, THEM BONES a novel first published as a paperback original in the new Ace Science Fiction Special series in 1984, together with an original novel, A DOZEN TOUGH JOBS which retells the Twelve Labors of Hercules in the Depression-era American South. This book is from the library of noted Colorado collector Mark Harms. Both fine / Both fine and in clear protective mylar covers. The ivory cloth slipcase has some shelf wear and light soiling. Small water stain hidden on the bottom edge. Item #441
