One of ten total published issues from 1969 to 1974, of which the first four were titled COVEN 13. The following six issues were technically a continuation of Coven 13 but except for its focus on weird fiction, changed significantly in format and had newsstand distribution just for the first two issues of the second series, after which it was published irregularly.
