A scientific treatise on the phenomenon of UFO propulsion which appears to break the laws of physics with impossible right angle turns. The author observed a UFO travel at an estimated 30,000 feet above Little Rock and make a right angle turn with no transitional arc at high speeds. Leading him to question Einstein’s general theory. Contents include chapters on Gravitation, Plenum space, Strange Particles, Shadow Gravitation, Wave Mechanics, Faster than Light and other theories.
Good condition with yellowing and sun fading. Red script along top edge and library reference stickers on the bottom edge. Markings inside the front cover where a label was removed. The text has some red and blue pen underlining on page 21. Item #34Extremely scarce online although a copy can also be found in The Papers of Theodore Sturgeon held at the Kenneth Spencer Research Library Repository at the University of Kansas. American science fiction author Theodore Sturgeon (1918-1985) was considered an innovator of the genre.
